Biography

Nathania Jualim （ナサーニア・ジュリアム）
心打つポップソングからテクニカルなインストルメンタルまで幅広い音楽性で活躍するインドネシアの敏腕ギタリスト＆シンガーソングライター。

1995年7月22日インドネシアのバンドンに生まれ9歳の時から音楽の演奏を始める。幼い内からピアノ、ドラム、ギターなどの短期間のレッスンを経験し、十代後半からは現地のジャズギタリスト等のレッスンも受けギターの腕を磨く。バンドンの聖アロイシウスシニアハイスクールを2014年に卒業した後ペリタハラパン音楽大学に進学しジャズ/ポップスのギター演奏を専攻。音楽の勉強を続ける傍ら、インドネシアの音楽フェスティバルへの参加や数々のコンペティションにおける受賞など勢力的に演奏活動を行っている。

Nathania Jualim was born in Bandung on July 22nd 1995. She has been playing music since she was 9 years old. Starting in music, she never took formal study, she just took short course for a few months: Piano course (2004), Drum course (2005), Guitar course from Cokey Blues(2006), Badira ‘Wachdah’ (2009), Venche Manuhutu (2014), Pra Budidharma and Donny Suhendra (2016). After graduated from Saint Aloysius Senior High School, Bandung in 2014, she continued her studies at Universitas Pelita Harapan Conservatory of Music and taking Jazz and Pop Performance in guitar as her major. She was taught by Dion Janapria in the first year, Robert Mulyarahardja, and Johanes Radianto in the fourth semester until now.
