Fajar Adi Nugroho

Biography

Fajar Adi Nugroho was born in February 1986 in Jakarta, Indonesia. By the time he was 15 years old, he starts picking up guitars, and then electric bass. He has released one solo album “Welcome to Fairyland” (2012), a full solo bass album under Demajors Records. He has been working with some international and national musicians such as:

International :
Oran Etkin (USA Grammy Winning Artist), Jeremy Tordjman (France), Gino Banks (India), Lewis Pragasam (Malaysia), etc.

National :
Indra Lesmana, Dewa Budjana, Tohpati, Tompi, Dira Sugandi, Andien, Glenn Fredly, Sandy Sandoro, Indro Hardjodikoro, Marcell, Tulus, etc.

Now, he is the bass player for one of the best blues rock bands from Indonesia, Gugun Blues Shelter (GBS). GBS has recorded 10 albums since 2004 with 3 International albums under Grooveyard Record NY under the name Gugun Power Trio.
