A Look Into Bacchus’ Quality Control Process【Bacchus Universe Series】

Every Bacchus product goes through our quality control process, and this includes the entry-level Universe Series! Please take a look at our QC process in the video below!

We will continue to focus on developing and improving our quality control processes to bring the best quality guitars we can to our users indistinct of price range!

Technical Center & Quality Control

In June 2024, Deviser inaugurated its new “Technical Center”, a building just meters away from our main office in which our teams take care of general inspection, quality control, shipping, assembly, adjustments with our PLEK® station, and much more. Thanks to this new addition, we were able to reinforce and improve our quality control process to ensure even better quality for our customers.

Quality Control Tags

Starting January 2025, all Bacchus products will be tagged with a “QC PASSED” tag as they go through quality control in Japan.
All Bacchus products are quality-controlled by our QC department in Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan before being exported from Japan.

This QC process helps us maintain the quality of Bacchus and is the reason for our high reputation among players.
The code on the back of this tag takes you to a video showing the quality control process in more detail. This tag will also include the date when the QC process took place and will give you ease of mind when looking to buy a Universe Series model.
