Introduction
Entry-level model with high playability
The WJB-1DX RSM/M features a body shape inherited from the Bacchus flagship “WOODLINE” series and offers high playability thanks to the heel-less cut and a wide range of colors despite being an entry-level model.

Heel-less cut
The main feature of this model is the “heel-less cut” on the heel. This is a specification that enables smooth fingering even when playing in the higher frets, and is a feature often found on high-end models.
A slight contour in the bolt area further enhances playability.
Stainless Steel Frets
The frets are made of stainless steel with excellent wear resistance. The hardness of stainless steel frets is higher than that of nickel silver frets, which is a common material used for frets, and the fret crests are not easily worn away, allowing for quite a long period of use.
Stainless steel frets are known for their articulation in terms of sound, and are characterized by a clear tone.
Varied color lineup
The new coloring is another of the model’s charms, with a full lineup of colors to choose from, ranging from standard colors such as 3 Tone Sunburst to metallic colors.
Top-of-the-line Bacchus brand body shape
The body follows the Bacchus brand’s top-of-the-line “WOODLINE” model. It is designed to be slightly slimmer than a typical JB type electric bass, making it easier to hold and more comfortable to play.
Roasted maple neck
■About roasted maple
Roasted Maple is a material that comes as a result of treating Maple wood with a high heat process, volatilizing the water and oils in the wood, giving as a result a more sturdy and durable wood that not only increases stability but also the overall sound quality of the material. The sound that we get from Roasted Maple is a rich, organic sound with a vintage-like tone that is reminiscent of an instrument that has aged its sound with time and usage. This is a new product lineup of Bacchus that puts this amazing feature, which is often used in high-end models, at a reasonable price range.
※The degree of color change due to the roasting process and the grain of the maple may vary from unit to unit.
